Part 1: Using this website
This website is run by Paul Pratt, trading as Siteyard (123 Any Street). By using it you agree to these terms.
- The content, design and code are ours or used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking.
- Prices and examples on the site, including the calculator, are a guide. The calculator is a rough estimate and your results will vary.
- We link to other sites, such as Google and Facebook. We're not responsible for their content.
- We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.
- These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
Part 2: Our service
These terms apply when you sign up for Siteyard. They're written for businesses: our service isn't for consumers.
What you get
Your website, online booking, events, missed-call text back, review requests, customer follow-up and admin automations, set up and run by us, as described on our pricing page. 24/7 call answering is an optional extra.
Price and billing
£199 a month, plus £199 a month if you add call answering. There's no build fee. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. We bill monthly in advance, starting on the day your service starts. Texts, WhatsApp messages and emails your system sends are passed on at what they cost us, with no markup, and added to your next monthly bill. We'll give you 30 days' notice of any price change.
$299 a month, plus $249 a month if you add call answering, billed in US dollars. There's no build fee. We bill monthly in advance, starting on the day your service starts. Texts, WhatsApp messages and emails your system sends are passed on at what they cost us, with no markup, and added to your next monthly bill. We'll give you 30 days' notice of any price change.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're unhappy for any reason within 30 days of your service starting, tell us and we'll refund what you've paid, and your service ends.
Leaving
There's no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@siteyard.co. Your service runs to the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't refund part months.
What happens when you leave
- We give you a copy of your data: your leads, contacts and customer list.
- Your website, booking system, CRM, automations and any numbers we set up for you are switched off and deleted.
- Your domain stays yours, and the reviews on your Google profile stay on your profile.
What we need from you
Accurate information about your business, prompt approval of content and messages, and payment on time. If a payment fails and isn't sorted within 14 days, we may pause your service until it is.
Messages to your customers
You approve every message before it goes live. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your customers, including consent for any marketing messages, and for the content you approve.
Your data and your customers' data
For your customers' information, you're the controller and we're your processor. We:
- only use it to provide your service, following your instructions
- keep it confidential and secure
- use the providers listed in our privacy policy (such as HighLevel, the AI providers HighLevel uses, and Cloudflare) to run the service, under the same obligations
- help you respond to your customers' requests and tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting their data
- give you a copy when you leave, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it
Where your customers are in California, we act as your service provider under the CCPA: we don't sell or share their personal information, and we don't use it for anything other than providing your service.
Liability
We're not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Our total liability to you for any claim, or series of connected claims, is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll tell you about any change that affects you at least 30 days before it applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
