Events pages and online tickets

One what's-on page that keeps itself tidy.

Events in your brand, updated in a minute. Repeats roll forward, old dates tidy away and tickets sell online.

Best for village halls, clubs, teams, camps and venues

Why it matters

One update, not five.

Fixtures on a noticeboard, classes on Facebook, a hall diary in someone's inbox. People miss things, and you answer the same questions all week.

What's included

Everything on, one page.

Add an event in a minute, set repeats once and let past dates tidy themselves away. Visitors filter, save dates and book places.

Calendar saves in the first term.

We had a noticeboard, a Facebook page and a diary in someone's inbox. Now there's one page, and people actually use it.

Second thoughts?

“Yeah, but…” We hear you.

The three things we hear most on calls about Events, and what we tell people.

“Our Facebook page does the job.”

Only for people who already follow you.A proper what’s-on page shows up when locals search Google, whether or not they’re on Facebook.

“Our volunteers aren’t techy.”

If they can send a text, they can add an event.Or they message us the details and we put it up for them.

“We’re a small group on a tight budget.”

It’s one fixed monthly price. No contract and nothing upfront. If it isn’t earning its keep, cancel.

Works with

Shared wherever people look.

Events go out to Facebook, tickets are paid into your account and visitors save dates to their own calendar.

Works well with

Works even better with these.

Events questions

Good questions, straight answers.

Something we haven't covered? Ask Paul directly. He replies himself.

Who adds the events?

Whoever you like. Committee members can add an event in a minute, or send them to us and we will.

Can we sell tickets?

Yes, for any event. Payments go to your own account, and you can cap places with a waitlist.

What about weekly classes?

Set them once and they repeat on their own. Skip a week for holidays without touching the rest.

Does it post to Facebook?

New events can be shared to your Facebook page automatically, so you only add them once.

Can people hire the hall from it?

Yes. Show free hire dates alongside events and take enquiries for them.
